Care and Preservation
To keep your piece looking beautiful for longer, we recommend avoiding use during household chores. Keep your pieces away from chemicals and repeated friction against hard surfaces, as this may accelerate wear on the plating—especially on the inner band of rings. Oxidation may also occur more noticeably in individuals with excessive perspiration, high levels of uric acid, or those taking certain medications. This is a natural reaction of metal in contact with the skin.
Clean your piece using a degreasing product and rinse with running water. For smooth surfaces, use a soft flannel cloth to restore shine.
As for natural stones, remember they are delicate and unique. Avoid scrubbing with brushes, sandpaper, or any abrasive materials to prevent scratching and preserve their original beauty.

At CS Minerals, the entire plating and galvanization process is carried out in-house, within our own facilities, under strict quality control at every stage. This ensures not only the durability of each piece, but also a flawless finish and consistent color and texture.

What is Flash Plating?
Among the techniques we apply is flash plating, a galvanization method that involves applying a very thin layer of a noble metal — such as gold or silver — to the surface of the piece. This process provides shine, color uniformity, and protection, enhancing the visual appeal of the piece.
